All these years people lied to me about drinking water...and as a result I chugged gigantic volumes of water over the years. I thought it was going to improve my skin, remove toxins, purify my blood (whatever that means), help lose weight, keep my memory robust, and do all sorts of good stuff. Now it's all useless. I feel cheated. :(
